This website provides general information about our services. Sending a message or booking request does not establish a tax-preparation, real-estate, or other professional engagement. Service scope, fees, and any professional agreements are confirmed separately. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not use the form for spam or to submit sensitive tax or payment documents.

SMS Terms

The Swole Taxes & Real Estate Services SMS program is operated by ESTEVEZ ELITE MULTI-SERVICES LLC. It provides appointment reminders and customer-service updates related to your inquiries and appointments. It does not include promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt in

On our contact form, enter your phone number and select the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and you can submit an inquiry without selecting it. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Our team follows up with a welcome text identifying the program, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP instructions. If you initiate a text conversation at (786) 648-8017, our automated assistant may reply about appointments, published prices, services, and documents. Our assistant checks your preferred date and time against Calendly availability and offers available alternatives on other dates when needed. It collects your email, phone, and name, asks you to confirm the exact slot and details, then books that appointment in Calendly. A booking is confirmed only after Calendly accepts it; we send the confirmed time and Calendly links to reschedule or cancel. If the slot becomes unavailable before booking, we offer new alternatives. The assistant does not provide personalized tax advice or accept tax documents. Enrollment in recurring updates requires a separate affirmative agreement after the program disclosures are provided.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program. After a final opt-out confirmation, no further program messages should be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact swoleassociationllc@swoletaxesrealestate.com or (786) 302-4609. Withdrawing SMS consent does not prevent you from requesting services by phone or email.

Delivery and eligibility

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery depends on carrier availability and your device; SMS should not be relied on for emergencies or deadlines. You must own or be authorized to use the number you provide. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use and protect it. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
